   Try to touch the button on the screen, then button on the phone.

   For android devices on level 10 hold the home button on the screen (make sure it turns green) while still holding the home button hit the power button to turn your screen off. Turn your screen back on you should hear a noise go back to the running app and your door will be unlocked.

   For 23 I shoke my iPad up and down but it just won’t fall I have tried everything and I just don’t know why it won’t work.

   I can’t get level 53! :( the last ball won’t go away… What do you do?

   Erika, tap and hold the last ball longer than 3 and 4 and it will drop also just hold on til it does. I was puzzled on that one too! Good luck!

    Press home button on screen phone twice, then your phone home button once, then swipe down screen, one no entry slowly disappears, do this 3 more times.
