How to add PING in WPMU ?
How to Enable Site Ping for WPMU ?
You can use this plugin install inside the Network Admin

Installing
In Network Admin, Plugins -> Add New -> Search the “Enable Site Ping for WPMU”
Install it, then you can see the PING setting in your other domains sites.
It can be found in Settings -> Writting -> Bottom there …
Add in all those PING Sites.
